This session is to give you a taster of netball and our league.


🏐Please bring water and wear comfortable workout clothing and trainers with a good grip.

We know it can be daunting coming to something new or after a long time away!

🏐🙃We promise you'll have fun and that there really are many other ladies in exactly the same position as you!

VERY IMPORTANT

We want everyone to enjoy netball and that means keeping us all as safe as possible, therefore there are some deal breakers in terms of being netball ready.

• Fingernails MUST be short! NO acrylics, Gloves cannot be worn to cover long nails
• ALL Jewellery, earrings, and any piercings should be removed, preferably at home, they are less likely to get lost then.
